Warranty Terms

We would provide warranty service for equipment sold by Synthax Hong Kong Ltd.

For non-warranty services, even if the customer decides not to repair the equipment after the equipment inspection, the customer will need to pay HK$400 inspection fee.

The details of the repair and the quote will be notified after our engineer inspection.
